7. Any significant breach, or potential breach, of state or federal law must be reported to the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner within five business days.

An external review, led by retired Supreme Court Judge the Hon Brian Martin AO KC and commissioned by the South Australian Attorney-General’s Department, assessed our suitability to keep holding the state’s sole casino licence. That review acknowledged failures and areas where our controls needed to be strengthened, but concluded that SkyCity Adelaide remains suitable to operate under the licence.
